Alpha Ministries is committed to working with native Christian workers. In most of the nations where Alpha is ministering, native workers have far more opportunities to reach their own people for Jesus Christ. They already know the culture and understand the language. They are able to work in areas that western missionaries are often unable to access. This commitment to native evangelism makes it possible for churches and individuals in the U.S. to partner with native workers for effective and rewarding ministries.
